The Ivy Room offers a fine restaurant experience and a relaxed atmosphere in Danbury, CT. American and Continental cuisines are the primary fare at the Ethan Allen Hotel, and we have a large selection of wine by the bottle or by the glass.

Decorated in the Country French style, The Ivy Room can accommodate single diners as easily as large groups. The restaurant also features a beautiful solarium-perfect for enjoying sunny days-that can be reserved for groups of 50 or less. For your special celebrations or private meetings, reserve our private dining room that comfortably seats eight.

Sunday Brunch
Our Sunday brunch includes a full breakfast buffet with an omelet station, a Belgian waffle station, and carving station. It also includes a cold salad buffet, an assortment of hot entrees, and a dessert buffet.

Hours
The Ivy Room is open for breakfast Monday-Friday 6:30 am to 11 am, and Saturday 7:30 am to 11 am, and Sunday from 7:30 am to 10:30 am. We also serve a full Sunday Brunch from 10:30 am to 2 pm. The dining room is open for dinner from 5 pm to 10 pm. Also, our full Ivy Room and Fairfields menus are served in the lounge until 10 pm.
